Currently i cant sleep since i think to much .
I've seen my past photo's where i used to be much thinner and
my weight is only 45 kg and my waist size used to be 28cm
now , i'm 50kg and my size is 32 cm
i've gained 5 KILO & my waist gone bigger to 4cm wideeer in just 8 MONTHS !
Gaaaaaaaaaaaaah , stress banget .
& Now i'm hereby gonna lose weight from TODAY onwards .

I'm gonna make a vow to myself that
i'm gonna lose weight and resist all temptation on food no matter how hungry ,
i'm not gonna skip my prayers without specific reason .
i'm gonna improve in my attitude towards my friend & family .
i'm gonna cut down on my swearing words ,
& i'm going to be a better person :D
I know i'm just being random but i just cant keep all this any more ,
i just have to type it on my blog to remind myself . So i think i've done it ;DDD
